Artwork Pick-Up will be at the North Lobby Entrance of the Barber National Institute. Please read carefully before coming to Pick-Up.

The times for Pick-Up are the following:

• Friday, April 26 from 11 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. – for buyers and artists

• Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. – for buyers and artists

Please be prepared with the following:

Artists:

• Have your ID handy.

• Tell the volunteer that you are picking up an unsold piece and if it is a Youth or Adult entry.

Buyers:

• Have your receipt(s) pulled up on your phone or printed off for all purchased pieces you are picking up.

• If you are picking up for someone else, you must have a copy of his or her receipt.

Mark your calendar as these will be the only times to pick up your artwork from the show. All abandoned artwork becomes the property of the Barber National Institute.
